1806's Home Makeover - Mequon, WI Part 1

Hi I'm Bob Henderson from Henderson group homes. I'm here to tell you about an exciting new project that we're embarking on to make over an 1860's farm house that is located in west Mequon, WI. The scope of the project is very ambitious. We're taking a 1400 square foot 1860's farm house, and transforming it into a 5000 square foot “new” home, with geothermal heating and many other modern technologies. Features that you would find in a new home will be incorporated and melded into the 1860's structure. The new 3000 plus square foot addition to the existing will incorporate some of the charming characteristics of the 1860s farmhouse but of course will have modern features, and amenities.
We are very excited to be working on this project as it gives us the opportunity to really showcase our work in a very old structure.
As we move forward with the project you will get a chance to see these various structural changes to the existing home and the new products installed. Please stay tuned for part 2 in which I will be on-site and will show you some of the features and amenities that will be part of the new master bathroom.
